BIODIVERSITY HUMAN CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY MID-TERM REVIEW

Pinpoint was commissioned by the ELRC to undertake research on higher education and occupational trends relating to higher education supply (e.g. number of graduates, types of courses), relevant to biodiversity fields. In addition, Pinpoint co-ordinated a skills demand and gap survey with sector stakeholders to evaluate progress on and availability of suitable skills to support South Africa’s biodiversity sector.
