Pinpoint was commissioned to undertake research to inform two evaluative case studies as part of a broader review of South Africa’s National Skills Development Strategy III. The cases focused on research and innovation support, and programmes targeting youth. Research and interviews were undertaken to evaluate the various research, education and training programmes supported by Sector Education & Training Authorities (SETA’s).
