Building on her PhD, Nicola Jenkin of Pinpoint, drafted a policy paper for the CSIR on proposed actions South Africa could take to increase the uptake of foresty-based biofuels in the country. The brief provides recommendations on how to improve local networks, skills and capabilities within government, industry, academia and civil society to identify and develop appropriate biofuel products and to increase market take up.
