Pinpoint’s experience in sustainability and sectoral skills development research was drawn on to undertake research to inform the development of the Energy Skills Roadmap. This included a review of over 200 documents to assess policy drivers and their reference to skills, a review of current skills energy provision in the country, an analysis of over 700 job profiles to assess renewable energy skills demands, and stakeholder engagement. Access the roadmap here.
