Pinpoint, in collaboration with Dr Julian Parfitt of Anthesis Group, was contracted to develop a business-led voluntary agreement on food loss and waste in South Africa. This multi-faceted initiative encompassed conducting a gap analysis to assess the existing knowledge of food waste in the country, formulating recommendations for a food waste voluntary agreement roadmap, and development of a business plan for its implementation.
