TSWALU KALAHARI REGIONAL SOCIO-ECONOMIC LANDSCAPE

Tswalu Kalahari is South Africa’s largest privately-owned reserve. While conservation has been very much an emphasis, Tswalu wanted to enhance their social investments and impact. Tswalu procured the services of Pinpoint to undertake a review of the socio-economic landscape within which the reserve is situated to better understand the perceptions of their current community-related initiatives. This research informed a 5-year sustainability and community strategy from which activities and social impacts could be implemented and monitored.
